Dear Customers ... If you wish to exchange any item purchased from one of our stores or branches because of sizes or simply you do not want to use them, please observe the following instructions:
1. The exchange should be only 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Keep the bill and all labels related to the product.
3. Keep the price card on the product.
4. The product should be unused and in its original packing.
5. Re-fill the product as it was at the time of receipt.
Note: the product will not be replaced if one of the above conditions is not met
